Thank you so much for supporting my artwork. Every painting and print is created or carefully prepared with love, and I want you to feel confident when purchasing.

Choosing Your Artwork

I understand that buying artwork is a personal decision, so I encourage you to take your time before placing an order.

As all original artworks and prints are made or prepared specifically for you, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you have any questions before purchasing, please get in touch—I'm always happy to help you choose the right piece for your home.

Original Artworks

Each original painting is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted artwork. Small variations, visible brushstrokes and natural textures are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered faults.

Prints

My prints are produced using high-quality archival materials to ensure they can be enjoyed for many years. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.

Commissions

Commissioned artworks are created especially for you and cannot be refunded once work has begun.

If your commission requires a deposit, this deposit is non-refundable as it secures your place in my schedule and covers the design and planning process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Photos of the outer packaging

• Photos of the damaged artwork

• Your order number

Please do not dispose of the packaging or attempt to repair the artwork until we've had a chance to assess the damage. I'll work with you to organise a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible. I'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Copyright

All artwork remains the copyright of Hunnah James and The Floral Sea Maid.

The purchase of an artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, resold or used commercially without written permission.
